Nick sat there in the dressing
room after kicking his wife out for sleeping with AJ behind his back. The door opened and Hayley’s brother and his bandmate,
Brian, came in.
“I’m done, Brian, I’m done with her,” Nick said. Brian sat
down beside him.
“Me, too, I know she’s my sister and everything but I can’t believe
she would do this, I thought she would know better, my parents didn’t raise her to be that way,” Brian said.
“I thought she loved me, I guess I was wrong,” Nick said.
“We have a show to do, can you go onstage without killing AJ,” Brian
said.
“I have to, for the fans,” Nick said. Brian nodded and went out the door
and saw AJ.
“Brian,” AJ said.
“AJ, I would not bother him, he is going onstage with all of us, we are a group,
don’t think things are good between you two when it’s not, things might look right onstage but that is just a
act, for the fans, but offstage, stay away from him,” Brian said.
“I’m not stupid,” AJ said. He went back to his dressing room.
Two hours later, the guys were
onstage. After the concert was over, the guys showered and went out to the buses. Nick got on his bus and saw Hayley sitting
there.
“Get off my bus,” Nick said.
“I can’t, despite of what you might think of me and despite the fact
that you hate me, I am carrying your child who is innocent in all this, you wanted kids, I can’t go off and not be around
while I’m pregnant with your child, I want you to be there every second for your child,” Hayley said.
“I don’t care anymore, you are not going to trap me into staying married
to you, you ruined everything by fucking AJ, I am through with you, for all I know is that you could be pregnant with his
baby and claiming that it’s mine to trap me, I am not falling for it, Hayley, get off my bus and out of my life!”
Nick yelled angrily. Hayley ran off the bus. Nick sat down and rested his head in his hands. AJ ran onto the bus.
“Nick, we have to talk,” AJ said.
“AJ, Brian told you the conditions,” Nick said.
“I know, but you have to know why she did what she did,” AJ said.
“AJ,” Nick said.
“She saw you with another woman, at the movies, on April 9th, she
didn’t see the face of the woman, she saw you two hugging and assumed that you were having an affair, she came over
and one thing led to another,” AJ said.
“So she thought I was having an affair,” Nick said.
“Yeah, I told her it was impossible, but she said she wanted revenge and came
onto me, I turned her down but she kept after me and I finally gave in, before I knew it, it grew into an affair, Nick, I
would not lie about this,” AJ said.
“AJ, I didn’t have an affair, April 9th, the movies, that
was BJ,” Nick said.
“BJ?” AJ asked.
“Yeah, I was spending the day with BJ, did Hayley say anything about the girl’s
hair color?” Nick asked.
“Blond,” AJ said.
“It was BJ, I didn’t have an affair,” Nick said.
“Oh man,” AJ said.
“I can’t believe this, she thought I had an affair,” Nick said.
“Yeah, I should have asked you about it, damn, man, I am sorry,” AJ said.
“You didn’t know the truth, but you still betrayed me, it is going to
take some time, but I am still going through with a divorce, I can’t be with her now, she couldn’t trust me,”
Nick said. AJ nodded and went back to his bus. Brian got on and looked at him.
“She slept with him because she thought I had an affair, AJ told me that Hayley
saw me at the movies on April 9th with another woman, but it was BJ, I spent all day with BJ, just hanging out,
doing brother-sister stuff, I can’t be with Hayley if she can’t trust me and this proves she couldn’t, she
couldn’t have come to me and ask me if I was having an affair, no, she had to go seduce AJ in a type of revenge,”
Nick said.
“I can’t believe her,” Brian said. Nick sat there thinking and
realized what he had to do.
