I was sitting in my living room staring at a picture of my ex-boyfriend, Nick.  We broke up because of his career.  He was getting too stressed out trying to see me, his family, and keep his career going all at once and he couldn’t handle it.  He and I talked and he said we should just be friends.  I agreed and he left. I cried after he left.  It’s been two weeks since the breakup and I was getting ready to go spend the day with AJ, Brian, and Kevin.  The doorbell rang.  I got up and opened the door and saw AJ, Brian, and Kevin standing there.  I smiled.

      “Hey guys,” I said.  They hugged me.

      “Hey, you ready to go?” Brian asked.

      “Yeah, let me grab my purse and go,” I said.  I got my purse and made sure everything was turned off and locked up and we all got into Brian’s Jeep and went to Disney World. The guys put on their disguises and we went into the park.  We went on rides.  Kevin and AJ went on Space Mountain while Brian and I sat down and waited.

      “So, how are you doing, Bri?” Brian asked.

      “I miss Nick, but I’m trying to move on,” I said.

      “You understand why you two broke up,” Brian said.

      “Yeah, I do, Frick, he just couldn’t handle everything, he wanted his career, he wanted to be able to see his family, but he couldn’t keep me happy, Brian, I don’t how many times I get to see him just as long as I get to, he doesn’t have to spend every minute of the day with me, I can have my own life, he didn’t have to break up with me, I would’ve understood everything, I know how he feels,” I said.

      “You should talk to him,” Brian said.

      “Where is he?” I asked.

      “He’s right over there, with Aaron,” Brian said.  I looked and saw Nick and Aaron over by the consession stand.  I looked at Brian.  He nodded and got up and went over to them.  I looked at my hands.

      “Bri,” Nick said. I looked up and saw him.

      “Hey, Nick, what’s up,” I said.

      “Brian said you wanted to talk to me,” Nick said.

      “Have a seat,” I said.  He sat down next to me.

      “How you doing?” Nick asked.

      “I miss you, Nick,” I said.

      “I miss you, too,” Nick said.

      “Nick, about why we broke up, it didn’t matter how much time you spent with me, I didn’t care, just as long as I got to see you, I would’ve been okay with that,” I said. 

      “I want you back, Bri,” Nick said.

      “I want to be with you, Nick,” I said.  He smiled and we hugged.  Brian and Aaron came over. 

      “Hey AC, what’s up,” I said. 

      “Not much, just hanging out, I missed you, Bri,” Aaron said hugging me.

      “I missed you, too, AC,” I said. 

      “Are you two back together?” Brian asked.

      “Yeah, we are, this time forever,” Nick said.

      “About time, come on, Airboy, let’s go find something to do and let Bri and Nick spend some time together,” Brian said. They went off somewhere.  Nick and I sat there staring into each other’s eyes.  Kevin and AJ came over to us and we told them the news.  They were happy about that.  Brian and Aaron came back and we all went to my house.  Brian, Nick, AJ, and Kevin were talking.  I was sitting with Aaron.  He was telling me stories about his sisters. 

      “Okay, Bri, I want to sing a song to you, the guys are singing with me, Bri, you are my everything,” Nick said.   They sang My Everything by 98 degrees.

After they were done, I ran to Nick and we hugged for a long time.  Kevin, AJ, Brian, and Aaron left.  Nick and I kissed for a long time.  He picked me up and carried me upstairs to my bedroom and closed the door and locked it. He laid me on the bed and laid on top of me.  We pulled each other’s clothes off and made love.  We fell asleep holding each other.
