Nick was sitting on his deck watching the ocean. He was thinking of everything that has happened. His wife, Mandy, the love of his life, was killed in a car accident two weeks before. Her parents blamed him for her death because she was coming to see him after he begged her to. He didn't know that a drunk driver was on the road at the same time and the driver crashed into Mandy's car killing her instantly. Her parents told him not to come to the funeral but he came because she was his wife. Her parents tried to have him removed from the church but Brian and Kevin told them that Nick had every right to be there because he was the husband. They called the cops but when the cops showed up, they didn't have the right to remove a husband from a wife's funeral. He then had a long conversation with Mandy's parents. They came to understand that when Nick called, he had no idea that there was a drunk driver on the road and he couldn't predict the future. Mandy's mother apologized and said that she was so upset about losing her only child that she had to blame someone because the drunk driver died on the way to the hospital. The driver's family contacted Nick with their sincere apologizes for the accident. Nick thanked them and asked them to call Mandy's parents. Now here he was, sitting on the deck of his house watching the waves roll in. He heard the front door open and close and out came Brian, Kevin, AJ, and Howie. They sat down.

        "Hey guys," Nick said.

        "Hey Nick, is it okay that we hang out with you," Brian said.

        "Sure," Nick said.

        "Are you ready to go out on tour again?" Kevin asked.

        "Yeah, I need to live my life, I can't be depressed forever, I have to keep busy," Nick said.

        "My sister will be joining us on tour," Brian said.

        "Brian, you know me and Hayley don't get along," Nick said.

        "I know, why can't you two get along, you know she and Mandy were best friends," Brian said.

        "I know that, I guess we are each jealous because I'm your best friend and she is your sister," Nick said.

        "You two are jealous of each other's relationship with me," Brian said.

        "It has to be something else, it's just that we fight every time we are in the same room," Nick said.

        "Maybe you two like each other," AJ said.

        "Bone!" Kevin said.

        "It's possible they each have hidden feelings for each other and don't want to admit them," AJ said.

        "AJ, I am not ready for a relationship because I just lost my wife, you know, and I don't have feelings for Hayley," Nick said.

        "You say that, but you know you do," AJ said.

        "Yeah, the way you two fight, you two have a that look, the look of fiery passion," Brian said.

        "Brian, she's your sister!" Nick said.

        "I know that, but I do know is that she has a tiny crush on you," Brian said. Nick's phone rang. He went in and answered it.

        "What do you think?" Howie asked.

        "We need to lock them in a room together," Brian said.

        "Brian, I can't believe you are suggesting this, I like it!" Kevin said.

Three weeks later, they were on tour in Europe. Hayley went to the game room and saw Nick talking with one of the dancers. She started playing some games. She was in the middle of a game when she heard Nick snicker. She won the game and turned and glared at him.

        "What was that about?" Hayley said.

        "You play video games, I thought you were more interested in dolls or something," Nick said.

        "You are an idiot, I am not interested in dolls, I like video games, and I thought you did, too!" Hayley said.

        "I do, but I thought since you are a girl, you would be more into dolls than anything else," Nick said.

        "I may be a girl but I like to do guy stuff, growing up with two older brothers does that, I am a tomboy, okay, I like to do other stuff, I don't play with dolls, I gave that up when I was five!" Hayley said.

Brian and Kevin quietly locked the door and told everyone not to unlock the door. Hayley shook her head at Nick and went for the door and tried to open it. She kicked it.

        "Dammit!" Hayley said.

        "What," Nick said.

        "The door is locked!" Hayley said.

        "You did this, you were the last one in," Nick said.

        "How did Mark leave?" Hayley asked.

        "You probably locked it coming in but he closed the door thinking it was unlocked!" Nick said.

        "Why are you blaming me!" Hayley said.

        "You probably wanted to make me late for rehearsals!" Nick said. She stood in front of him.

        "I did not do this!" Hayley said.

        "Yeah right!" Nick said standing close to her.

        "You are unbelievable! Blaming me for this! I didn't lock the door, I didn't touch the door!" Hayley said.

        "You are a spoiled brat!" Nick said.

        "You are a bigger one!" Hayley said. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Brian and Kevin stood outside the door with AJ and Howie listening to the fighting.

        "Damn, they are loud," AJ said.

        "All the passion they put into fighting, could be used for something else," Kevin said.

        "Are you two trying to get them to sleep together?" Howie asked quietly.   

"The way they fight, they want each other, just need a little help in that direction," Brian said quietly. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 Inside the room.....

        "You need to grow up!" Hayley said.

        "You first!" Nick said.

        "I hate you!" Hayley said.

        "I hate you more!" Nick yelled. Before they knew it, they were each other's arms, kissing passionately and fiercely. He pushed her against the wall and lifted her up and she wrapped her legs around his waist. He grabbed her bottom and held her close. Clothes went everywhere. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Brian and the guys listened and heard moaning and gasping. They smiled.    

"They are doing the wild thing," AJ said.

        "Mission accomplished," Brian said.

        "Let's hope they realized they are meant for each other," Kevin said. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Nick and Hayley laid on the floor holding each other and breathing heavily.  

"Oh god, that was amazing," Hayley said.

        "I think Brian was right," Nick said.

        "About what?" Hayley asked looking up at him.

        "The way we fight, there was fiery passion building," Nick said.

        "Do you think they set us up, I mean, locked us in here to get us together?" Hayley asked.

        "I wouldn't doubt it for a minute, I had a feeling that something was going to happen the way your brother talked that day they came to my house," Nick said. Hayley laid her head on his chest.

        "So what happens now?" Hayley asked.

        "AJ was right, I do have feelings for you, I was just upset about losing Mandy that I didn't open my eyes, and I know Mandy would want me to be happy, one time, she told me that if anything happens to her, I should be with you because you two were best friends and everything," Nick said.

        "So you want us to be together?" Hayley asked.

        "If you want to be," Nick said. She smiled and laid on top of him.

        "I want to be," Hayley said kissing him deeply. They made love again before getting up and getting dressed. Hayley checked the door and found it unlocked and they went out the door and saw Brian, AJ, Kevin, and Howie in the hallway talking.

        "Hey you two," Brian said.

        "Brian, we know you guys locked us in there, I hope you are happy because we are together," Hayley said. The guys looked at Nick and he nodded. They smiled.

        "Yep, we are!" Brian said.

Three months later, the tour was over and they were heading home. Hayley and Nick became the hottest couple on the music scene and everyone was happy that Nick was happy again and moving on with his life. They were standing at the terminal for the flight to Kentucky.

        "So, you will come visit in two weeks?" Nick asked.

        "Yeah, I wish I could move down here but Brian has told you why I can't," Hayley said.

        "Yeah, he did, I understand, I just will miss you, that's all," Nick said.

        "I'll miss you, too," Hayley said. Brian came over and hugged her. Kevin hugged her.

        "Kevin and I will be up in three days, sis," Brian said.

        "Okay, hey, maybe you can come with him and Kevin," Hayley said looking at Nick.

        "I would but I was going to go spend time with my family, they are expecting me," Nick said. They heard the boarding call.

        "I gotta go," Hayley said. Nick hugged her close.

        "I love you," Nick said.

        "I love you, too," Hayley said. They kissed deeply and she got her carryon bag and boarded the flight. After a few minutes, they closed the gates and the flight headed out to the runway and took off. Nick went to catch up with the guys and they got on the flight to Florida.

Hayley arrived home to Kentucky and saw her parents waving to her. She and her mother hugged.

        "Hi honey, we missed you so much!" Jackie said.

        "I missed you guys, too," Hayley said as she hugged her father.

        "Brian called and told us that he got you and Nick together," Harold said.

        "Yeah," Hayley said.

        "Honey, you know Nick is like a part of our family, we couldn't be more happier for you," Jackie said.

        "He is like another son to us, we knew Brian wouldn't let you be with anyone else, he knew Nick was the one for you, and so did we, we are happy you two got together," Harold said.

        "Can I move down to Florida, to be close to Brian and Kevin, and Nick?" Hayley asked.

        "Why do you think Brian and Kevin are coming up here, to help you move, honey, we have started packing, Brian begged us to let you move down to be close to him, and we knew he and Kevin were going to try to set you up with Nick, so he called us last night and told us everything," Jackie said.

        "You guys are the best," Hayley said.

        "We want you to be happy," Harold said. They went to the house and Hayley went to her room and continued packing.

Three days later, Brian and Kevin arrived and they were packing the rest of her stuff. They all hugged Jackie and Harold and drove back to Florida after stopping at Kevin’s mother’s house. They arrived at Nick’s house and they unloaded the car and Hayley spent most of the time unpacking her stuff. Nick hugged her from behind.

        “I never thought this would happen, I lost love and I have found love,” Nick said. Hayley smiled and they kissed and they knew they would never be apart.
